Any additional advisory, implementation, transformation, infrastructure, AI, operational, or commercial support services are treated as separate engagements and discussed independently after completion of the MRI process.
Engagement Process
The ROMA MRI™ engagement process generally follows the following stages:
Step 1: Secure Your ROMA MRI™
The ROMA MRI™ is purchased via the ROMA website, and payment is confirmed.
Step 2: Complete Strategic Intake
The client completes the Strategic Intake process, providing the business context required for review.
Step 3: Internal ROMA Strategic Review
ROMA conducts a private internal review of the organisation’s operational, systems, infrastructure, AI, customer journey, and growth realities.
Step 4: Strategic Diagnostic Session
ROMA conducts a focused 45-minute Zoom Strategic Diagnostic Session.
Step 5: Strategic Findings And Direction
ROMA presents key observations, visibility constraints, operational considerations, and strategic direction relevant to the organisation.
Typical Delivery Timeframe
Most ROMA MRI™ engagements commence within seven business days following:
- Payment Confirmation.
- Receipt Of Strategic Intake Information.
Timeframes may vary depending on client responsiveness, scheduling availability, public holidays, or operational circumstances.
Refund Policy
Before Strategic Intake Submission
A refund request may be considered where:
- Payment Has Been Made.
- Strategic Intake Has Not Been Submitted.
- ROMA Has Not Commenced Internal Review Activities.
Any approved refund may be subject to payment processing fees, administrative costs, or transaction charges incurred by ROMA.
Refund approval remains at ROMA’s sole discretion.
After Strategic Intake Submission
Once Strategic Intake information has been submitted, ROMA allocates strategic review resources, analysis capacity, and internal preparation time to the engagement.
Accordingly:
No refunds will be provided following submission of the Strategic Intake process.
After Internal Review Commences
Once ROMA has commenced internal review activities, analysis, preparation, research, or strategic assessment activities:
No refunds will be provided.
After Strategic Diagnostic Session
Once the Strategic Diagnostic Zoom Session has occurred:
No refunds will be provided.
The engagement is considered fulfilled once the session has been conducted and strategic findings have been presented.
ROMA Right To Decline Engagement
ROMA reserves the right to decline any engagement where we determine that:
- The ROMA MRI™ Is Not The Appropriate Solution.
- The Business Circumstances Are Unsuitable.
- Expectations Are Misaligned.
- The Requested Outcome Falls Outside The Intended Scope Of The MRI Process.
Where ROMA declines an engagement prior to commencement of the Strategic Intake process, a full refund will be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances
ROMA may review genuine exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Any decision on refunds, credits, transfers, postponements, or alternative arrangements remains entirely at ROMA’s sole discretion.
Nothing in this section creates an entitlement to a refund.
Limitation Of Scope

The MRI provides observations, perspectives, findings, strategic considerations, and recommendations based on information provided by the client and on ROMA’s review process.
ROMA does not guarantee:
- Revenue Outcomes.
- Profit Outcomes.
- Business Performance Outcomes.
- Operational Outcomes.
- Implementation Results.
- Technology Results.
- AI Results.
- Commercial Results.
The purpose of the MRI is to improve strategic visibility and the quality of decision-making.
Implementation decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
